    digital pre-orders aren't available on Xbox One at the moment. perhaps soon in the future that'll be a feature added.

    There is a weekly Sunset Overdrive video that said it was coming soon, doubt it will be in time for Destiny.

    Would be nice, feels like a punishment for getting digital games.

    Should be available sooner rather than later. If you didnt know you can now preorder the new Planet of the Apes movie on the xbox video store. So thats a good sign that game preorders are coming.

    Microsoft are blocking the ttk digital download to force people to buy the other versions. Good business plan.

    No they're not, just like on PS4 you don't have the option to buy just The Taken King if you don't have the other two expansions.
