Destiny cross-play achievements not unlocking/registering

So today I received Destiny for the Xbox One as an early Christmas present and I popped it in and downloaded all of the updates. I have been playing since launch, although I have been taking a break from the game and this is the first I have played it in
a while. Once I selected a character, two achievements popped (Ship Wright and Decryptologist) and earned me 40G, putting me at 88200G. However, when I snapped my achievement app, it said 32/41 had unlocked, yet only two popped and only those two were credited
to my total gamerscore.

When I check the standard achievement app fullscreen, it says only two have been unlocked, but after clicking on it shows the other achievements as unlocked, but still achievement progress at 4%. I called Microsoft support, but I was instantly directed to
the forums instead.

Can any Support Staff help me, or can someone tell me what to do to fix it? I've had achievement problems twice in the past, but not like this. Thanks for the help.

I'm having the same issue and it is very frustrating... only two achievements popped for me, giving me 40 G but in reality I have unlocked over thirty of the achievements. I have tried different things that have been suggested by the community such as signing
out / switching profiles in certain ways but nothing seems to work at all. The achievements did not pop later on while my Xbox was off, either.

Hey there, Mack R! I'm very sorry to see that your achievements didn't pop fully on the console! Hopefully we are able to clear some things up for you.

Looks like your achievements here on the forums are now showing 88880 GS. I took a look at
your profile here and it seems like everything has synced up properly on our side! If you are still seeing 88200 GS on your profile on your console, I suggest removing and downloading
your profile onto your console again to fully sync with the servers.

If that doesn't work for you, please post back! We want to make sure your console reflects what we see here.

 

I'm having the same problem, all my progress from 360 was there so I decided to start a fresh character. Once the cutscene started 5 achievements unlocked but when I look at the achievements it shows I've unlocked the same as the 360 but I'm only credited
5/41 for 110 GS. When I snap the achievements app it shows I have 24/41 for 510 GS also checking on the website shows the same 5/41 for 110 GS.

I am having the same issue. I've already unlocked 25 achievements on the 360 version.

I launched Destiny on Xbox One for the first time today and it unlocked 3 achievements and then stopped.

It is only showing 3 achievements on my profile but the achievements app shows that I unlocked 25.

What is going on? Is this an Xbox server issue that will be resolved on it's own?

 

I'm experiencing the same. I show 34/41 unlocked across both platforms, but only 120 gamerscore is reflected from the Xbox One version.
