    Destiny companion app


    For the past couple of years i have been unable to sign into bungie.net due to an "Authentication Error". I have updated my microsoft multiple times, but still with no success of signing in to bungie.net. here is what the error page says "We were unable
    to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such
    as agreeing to an updated terms of use". If someone could help me resolve this issue, that would be much appreciated.

    I was logged out of my game today so I checked my account activity, and I have a question.

    Discovered the cause is signing in to the Destiny Companion App. In case anyone else has the same worries.

    Go to Destiny website on bungie and verify your account, then you check with the companion app.

    I personally haven't many issues with the app, however, the Bungie Help forums would be the best place to shoot you over to.

    Bungie Support doesn't exactly appear to have a support 'contact us' that I could find on their website, I may not have looked closely enough, but getting at their support on Twitter would be a good thing to hopefully have a staff member DM you and help

    Hey great to hear your back into destiny try the Destiny companion app or go to the official club on Xbox as there are many people there and there are tons of clans that are very active like mine.

    And don't worry many people are willing to teach you the raids, happy raiding guarding.
