    Destiny Beyond Light Deluxe Edition


    I bought the Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe edition but after downloading the DLC and packs to get my bonuses (the Sparrow, No Time To Explain and Season Passes) and none of the bonuses have appeared on my account. The correct version is in my purchase history,
    i did everything that Bungie suggested (that being wait at the orbit screen amongst other things) and still nothing. So their help page just says to come to here for support. Any idea how to fix this solution?

    I've redownloaded the entire game and the dlc (including the packs for my edition bonuses), waited at orbit, etc. And nothing has fixed.

    Just to be clear, you purchased the deluxe edition on xbox and then again on steam (as microsoft/xbox is not selling destiny on pc)?

    DLC is not transferable between platforms, only your characters, equipment and season pass that is tied to your bungie account.

    this is a little bit confusing, just want to be sure how you purchased the destiny 2 beyond light deluxe edition.

    Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

    If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, you will need to contact Contact us | Xbox Support to get further assistance regarding the issue!
