    i would think that you could. this is considering that a couple of areas (such as crucible) specifically state that you ned an xbox live gold membership to participate. This leaves me thinking that silver accounts can play for the time being.

    I can't download it either... WTF. Did I I wait too long or something? not only are my 3 codes inactive, I don't see it anywhere on the marketplace. even following the google link leading to its spot on the marketplace shows an error. what the ***.

    Since early afternoon I was looking for it. I took out my 360 back out the box to test it out yesterday, didnt know they opened the Beta testing.

    While playing any game the screen goes completely black for a few seconds and its starting to happen more frequently.

    For destiny beta, just unplug your console, wait a minute, replug it back in, and it will work. This was an issue with the destiny beta for xbox one and can be fixed this way.
