Says code not found on all 3 from bungie

 

Tried to reedem my code and it says it cant find it. Even though I just got the email from bungie

 

Same problem I type in the 25 digit code in the store "use a code" and it says "something went wrong" i try it on this website in the redeem a code section it says "somethign went wrong".

I have three 25 digit codes straight from my bungie account.... this is BS

Same. I redeemed mine on xbox.com and checked my X1 and it's not showing anywhere. I tried redeeming it again on the One but it says that the code has already been used

 

Having same problem, got one of the codes Major Nelson tweeted out. Redeemed it on xbox.com Cant see it anywhere on the Games tab, apps tab, ive tried searching the store, nothing. Tried entering the code again direct on X1 and it says code has already been
used.

 

Just got out of a long chat with Xbox Support, apparently the code i got from Major Nelson was for 360 even though he said in his tweet it was X1. I have to go to bungie now and log a ticket there, what a farce!

 

Xbox One has *** this up royally. It's a total f***up. If you do a search on either xbox.com or the Xbox One for Destiny Beta, nothing shows up. So even if you have pre-ordered, and have the three codes, you cannot, repeat CANNOT, find the beta game to
download. Microsoft, get your act together.

 

If you go to 'My Games and Apps' tile, the main page should show you your currently installed games. If you press RB once it should have a column 'Ready to Install' with the Destiny Beta underneath. I did it from Xbox.com as well.

 

Just click on the button My Games and Apps and move de select cursor to the right

 

I asked for the xbox one code but got the code for the 360 instead. Can I get the code changed to an xbox one compatible?

 

I redeemed my xboxone code at live.xbox.com but it gave me the 360 version instead.

 

Guys soo i got this destiny 360 beta code from this guy on twitter i redeemed it on my 360 and started downloading it soo then it finally downloaded and i click on the game to load it and the screen just stays black the game wont load and i can hit my xbox
button on my controller and it will pop up soo i know my xbox isnt frozen and ive turned off my xbox and turned it back on and loaded the game again and it stays black again. idk what to do.

 

I got my beta keys for xbox one but when I enter them it says "we couldn't find your code." What should I do?
