    When I try to redeem my DEstiny Beta code on either the Xbox site or on my my Xbox One it gives me and error saying "We couldn't find your code." help?

    I asked for the xbox one code but got the code for the 360 instead. Can I get the code changed to an xbox one compatible?

    Destiny Beta Key Error

    I had the same issue. I tried for about 10 minutes entering the code. Turns out that I had mixed up some numbers/letters.

    Double check and be sure that you're entering it in correctly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 and O for 0.

    Well when I enter it in on the website its copy and paste, so I don't think there are any errors there.

    They just got rid of needing the code....

    But I don't know if having a code makes a difference now that they've opened it for everyone.
