Destiny Beta Code Problem

Are you sure you have gold? Your profile shows you as being silver.

 

I'm going to get some gold later on maybe to see if it fixes it.

I updated my subscription to gold and the code now works.

 

xbox.com ate my code. Said I now had beta access [I used the 25 digit code] but nowhere does it now allow me to download. Nothing listed on the xbox.xom site, nothing on the xb1 dashboard or in the my apps/games section. I evenly plugged in the 360 but that
had no way to download either.

 

Same problem here, is there some solution for this pls ?

 

I can't get the beta code either...

Hey make sure you are signed into only 1 account that has gold. Other wise, it may not work. Hope this helps

 

I am past caring now and gave up. Not a single M$ reply to most threads.

 

I found the answer. It beggars belief though why it would work like this, bt here goes though.

You do need gold, you can tell you are gold because your name in your gamer card on this very page will be gold coloured - grey writing for example if you scroll up shows the guy was on silver only.

So for those that entered the 25 digit code at xbox.xom and you have no way to download, this is what you need to do.

Go to the Upload application NOT upload studio.

On the main page is some daft woman and her destiny beta party or something but on the right of the screen when it loads 'the area of the screen that would be used if you snap an application' you will see user videos posted. You need to find a destiny video
that's been uploaded. I found one tat was a 48 second clip of someone looking at a gun in the game /sigh - doesn't matter what the video is though as long as it's destiny.

When the video is playing you need to hit your A button.

You'll get a menu show up on your screen. One of the options is play this game. As long as the video is destiny beta then you will get taken to the marketplace where you can choose to download the beta.

I have absolutely no idea, I cannot provide any rational thoughts as to why the beta link was not more public and why it was hidden where no one can get to it unless we do it through the damn videos of upload.

There you go anyway, that is how you will get your access

Mine is downloading as I type very happily. A Bit bloody late though as I go to work tomorrow and was off today. The whole system sux

i have the same problem but y buy gold later im trate again but it hapend the same SVC60017 ( sorry i dont speak english jajajaj )
