    Destiny Beta Code Problem


    I'm having an issue with my code.

    Whenever I go to redeem the code it tells me "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Please try again later" with the error code SVC60017. I've tried quite a few times now and I still keep getting the same message.

    Any idea what could be the problem?

    EDIT: I've tried redeeming it on the xbox and on this site.

    The servers are probably overloaded atm. That could be the issue.

    Destiny Beta Code Problem

    Are you trying to use the first code that came with a pre order? If so you need to input that code on bungie.net.. Then Bungie should supply you with three beta codes to use with your console or xbox.com

    No it still isn't working.

    I'm using the codes they send you after you type the pre-order code into Bungie.net.

    Taken from the Bungie beta FAQ:

    "There is currently an issue where if you attempt to download the Destiny Beta on an Xbox system using a profile that is not Gold-enabled you will receive the following system error:
    We couldn't find your code
    Try again in a while, or contact the code provider for more info.
    SVC60017
    Make sure your Xbox Live account is Gold-enabled to avoid seeing this error when downloading the Destiny Beta."

    I am trying to input my one of my 3 beta download keys and its giving me the same SVC60017 code error saying that the code "Cannot be found" and telling me to go *** myself BS. What up?

    Destiny Beta Code Problem

    The beta codes can only be redeemed by the primary gold xbox live account on the console. Also you need Gold to be able to play this game.

    The SVC60017 error is given because you're trying to get the game on a sliver account.
