Destiny beta code not working

I have used my destiny beta code online on the xbox redeem a code page, and it said "congratulations, you now own Destiny Beta!". Afterwards, I went on my xbox one and went to games and apps, but nothing was there. I tried using the code on my xbox and it
said "This code has already been used". How do I download it on my xbox?

I am having the same exact problem, code wouldn't work on my 360 so I entered it on the website and nothing happened. I got another beta code and tried to put it in my 360 and it also does not work. I'm not even going to put my new one on the website again
because the game probably won't download. Any help with this would be appreciated

Make sure you're entering the code for the 360 version.

The Xbox One codes wont work on the 360

If you enter the code on the redeem code section of xbox.com, it will accept the code for both systems. How you can tell for sure is if you go to your profile and check your download queue. If its not there you have a Xbox One code.

 

Same exact thing here, running on 360.

It never let me add the game to my downloads queue so now my xbox can't find the game anywhere.

 

Have you tried searching the beta on the xbox store on your xbox one ??

 

same thing for more - don't see it listed when searching for games - no beta avail for DL. wtf?!

 

nm - you need to hit the HOME button on the controller - go to the left game menu and scroll down to redeem code

 

When I try to redeem through my 360 the code shows as invalid. Probably because I already redeemed it through the website.

However the xbox live site did say this when I finished redeeming it:

Success!

You now own Destiny Beta!

 

@CaptREX501 I have, but the beta is not available on the store yet

 

found the fix - go to "My Games and Apps" and then scroll to the right, its under "ready to install"

 

@chaoticPaper You're freaking awesome. I feel pretty dumb not realizing that soon. Been spending the past 40 min trying to figure this out, haha.

 

Any fix for 360? I really want to try the beta before it ends.

 

Hi, I had the same problem and managed to solve it myself.

If your on xbox one go to Destiny in the upload app and watch any clip and click play this game it will link you to the download.

xbox 360 log on to your Microsoft account online and go to manage download queue and well you'll get it.

 

I redeemed a beta code for the Xbox 360 Destiny Beta on my computer and it doesn't show up in my download queue on either Xbox or PC

 

Exact same problem here as The gr8 flame has.
