Destiny: Beagle error code

Have been working at the Beagle error code for a good part of the last 24 hours. Cannot find any mention of it here. I'm looking for more people having the same problem and any possible solutions/causes. The game crashes and prompts a restart. When restarted,
it does a much too long install/update after the first screen. When it reaches 100% it reads: "SERVER ERROR Unreadable game content. A full Destiny reinstall is required. For more information, visit help.bungie.net and search for error code: beagle"

I am on my fourth installation of the digital copy and I am trying to stop here thanks to the low data cap on my broadband from my lovely ISP. I have fixed my NAT to be open and my connection seems to be good. I have also deleted and recovered my profile.
I even tried uninstalling all additional content and running just the basic game. All with plenty of hard resets and power cycling modem in between. Restoring factory defaults reportedly did not work for others on forums.

Destiny 2 error beagle

I get an error that says i need to reinstall all 78 gigs of destiny. Ive done it 3 times on two external drives and the internal. Hard reset console.

Its been 3 days and 160 gigs of data. And is till cant get it worked out.

Ideas?

All other games and apps seem to be fine.

 

Destiny Crashes when I try and go to Venus

I am having this issue too. Third time today with the Beagle error. So instead of playing and enjoying Destiny on my day off, I have downloaded and installed Destiny 3x. At this point, I would just like to get a refund. I won't buy digital anymore either.

 

Same here. I've tried everything and no answers. I've tweeted Bungie and posted on their message board. I'm going nuts not being able to play.

Finally I solved the problem by installing the game AGAIN but this time WITHOUT the DLC. It was an illusion ... I played 3 hours and then ... beagle again ...

I tweeted them and write on the official forum but ... nothing ... no news ...

 

Yup same over here currently redownloading destiny for god know what time and each time as soon as it hits 39% its justs start flipping the hell out. Getting very aggravating

 

A couple of us just received a message from Bungie, gathering info. I will update this thread as soon as I hear anything else.

Yep, having the same problem. I played 10 minutes on Tuesday and after it crashed, I started getting the beagle error. I got it working yesterday after my 4th re-install but after playing for a couple of hours today, my game crashed and I'm now getting hit
with this error again. I'm going to try downloading the game again, but even if it works, I now know that it is not a permanent fix.

 

Same here, bought the digital Xbox 360 version 3 days ago. downloading it worked fine but once i launch the game it crashes trying to install at 98% and gives me Error code beagle. i already tried deleting the game from the hard drive an re downloading it
like bungie and other sites suggest but no luck!

 

Reinstalling the game doesn't help, what gets me is the error has a name, so they knew about it, knew they couldn't fix it, best way to buy time to fix it, make people download it a few Times. Appaling

 

I am experiencing the same issue. Multiple Installs, (XB1) multiple deletes -- one play session for :15 mins, one play session for :45 ish... it crashed the next time it appeared to have to load content of any significance (it was when I first got to the
city). This is CRAZY....

I have had problems installing Digital Games in the past, but they have always worked once I was able to successfully complete the install (aside from Madden on Launch Day, which I also had to do like 4 times)

As an aside, Minecraft installed fine, 1st try, and is not experiencing any play issues.

Have any of you experienced prior game crashes (of digi) requiring an reinstall to fix? I'm somewhat thinking I have a faulty Xbox (HD?) instead of there being a problem with this specific case (Destiny)

 

Diablo III crashed on me and I reinstalled 3 more times before it quit. XBox support said they had other reports of the same issue, so not sure if it's related. Other people w/ beagle error have reported no other issues on bungie forums.

 

Ive been having this issue. looking into it, it says its a digital download problem and i have a hard copy, This needs fixed i havent been able to play since i got home. Waste of money thus far, come on bungie

 

You're on XBox 1 OdinEatsCrayons? I wasn't totally sure, but it was looking like all of the XB1 problems were digital downloads and some have claimed to get it working again after switching to the disc copy. I was going to try it today. I thought I had come
across people w/ disc copy on XB1, but after four days sitting on the forums, it's getting a bit blurry.
