    Destiny Annual Pass


    I am unable to buy D2 annual pass from the MS Canada Store at the moment, and though i have a legit USA address and CREDIT CARD i cannot purchase from the US store as it is looking for my account billing info which is canadian. I keep getting run in circles
    here:

    1. Why isnt D2 Annual Pass available in Canada?

    2. Why isnt the live chat thing working anymore?

    3. How do i make a purchase on the US site with my US credit card if my MS account info is canadian?

    4. WHY isnt live chat working anymore????
