Destiny Achievements Unlocked Improperly

I own and have played Destiny since it launched last year on the Xbox 360, then stopped playing. After having issues with DLC i recently purchased for my Xbox One however I was trying to get it to work and ran into an issue with achievements. As soon as
I logged into my account in destiny it just started unlocking achievements out of nowhere, when I hit the home screen to see what was going on it showed it unlocking achievements for Destiny.

This was fine and all but I honestly didn't want it to happen. What frustrates me is it didn't unlock them all properly. When you compare my Xbox One achievements compared to Xbox 360, its missing a pretty good chunk of achievements unlocked and gamer-score.
When you go to Destiny for Xbox One is shows all the (31) achievements unlocked, but when you look at them outside of that, it's missing a great chunk of percent unlocked and achievements. I've been on the phone all day with customer support all of them running
me through basic steps to try and help solve it and nothing has worked. The last rep however told me to post on here and hopefully someone from Xbox could help.

I honestly would just like the game achievements or score on Xbox One reset as if i never played the game on it yet. So if anyone could please just help me with that I will be alot happier with my account than I am right now...

Gears of War Ultimate Edition Xbox One

That happened to be a couple of times when playing Alien Isolation.
I unlocked achievements but never got the notifications.
I can't remember how I resolved it.
Destiny would have issues with achievements not unlocking if I went to Home and then back into the game.
Or I didn't log out of Destiny properly.
That was resolved by 1: not going to the Home screen when playing, and 2: making sure to quite the game through the menu button and restarting it.

i wish my achievements actually unlocked.... i'm missing 5 from destiny i believe

 

Don't worry about it. The achievements for Destiny are cross platform and whatever you earn on one console will also show up on the other.

If some have not yet popped for you I would recommend logging into the game with your gamertag and then when they don't show up press the Start button and scroll left then choose to sign in with a new profile. When the option to choose a profile shows up
you will choose yours again and the rest should pop for you.

 

I saw in a few forums online that you can do that, I must have tried it 5 or 6 times and no go, I honestly just want them deleted from my xbox one because so far most of them are still not showing up properly.
