    Destiny Account Error


    So I have had no problems ever connecting to Destiny 2 but ever since a couple of days ago I have been getting non stop errors and can't even get past the loading screen. However on my alt. account I am able to get in with no problems so I am assuming it's something wrong with my Xbox account or destiny account and I am just so sick and tired and have no one has been able to give me answers.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Have you checked on the Destiny forums? These codes are Destiny error codes, not Xbox error codes. They will have more information on these codes.

    Alright the reason as to why you're getting that error message is cause your actual account does not legit own "Destiny: The Taken King" meaning you must be the account of whom purchased that content.

    Purchase of "Destiny: The Taken King" must be made by the same account as the account that is trying to purchase the "Rise of Iron" DLC. Sharing methods are not supported for this process and will not allow users to be
    able to purchase this content.

    If your account does not own the above mentioned content then you will be unable to purchase "Rise of Iron"
