Destiny 2

J'ai acheté l'édition numérique deluxe de Destiny 2 pour Xbox One, numéro de commande 3156037443. Hélas, je ne vois pas cette commande dans mon historique d'achat et je ne peux pas participer la bêta !

I have bought the digital deluxe edition of Destiny 2 for Xbox One on Microsoft store in June. My order is #3156037443. Sadly, this order is not displayed in my history and I cannot participate to the beta... What is the problem

Purchase Issue

I purchased Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection which states it has the following with it. The addons show as installed but in game I am prompted to re-purchase them. How do I correct this?

Destiny 1 or Destiny 2? Also is this on Xbox one?

 

Beta access to Destiny 2 is automatic when you purchase a digital copy. If you do not have the beta downloaded then head over to the Xbox store and search for Destiny 2 - Beta to download it.

If you have the beta downloaded but do not have access then you'll need to call phone support for more help with the pre order. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

 

Thanks for your answer. I expected to find Destiny automatically downloaded on my Xbox, but nothing. I can just pay to purchase (another) copy of Destiny 2... Something is wrong.

 

I have contacted the Microsoft store support. Despite having the confirmation email, my order was "suspended", not cancelled or confirmed. The support guy acknowledged it, and I am now playing the beta.
