Destiny 2

I purchased Destiny 2 for my xbox1 two months ago I have not receive access codes.

Purchase Issue

I purchased Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection which states it has the following with it. The addons show as installed but in game I am prompted to re-purchase them. How do I correct this?

If you purchased it as a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from. If you purchased it digitally from Xbox, you won't receive a code. You'll automatically have access to the beta.

 

when do you get to download it fully then if you don't get the code

To clarify, the Destiny 2 Beta begins on July 19th and ends on July 23rd. More information about the beta specifically can be found on the Destiny official website

If you've pre-ordered the game on the Xbox Store digitally, you won't actually need a beta code as the license for the beta will already be associated with your account. To download the Destiny 2 Beta now, you'll want to go to the Xbox Store and search "Destiny
2". You'll see the beta available in the list and be able to install it there (It's 12.83 GB, so make sure you have some space available for the game to install).

If you pre-ordered the game at a retailer, you'll receive a code that you'll need to redeem on the Destiny website
HERE. Once you redeem the code you'll receive instructions on how to download the beta.

If you've pre-ordered the game at retail and have not received a code, you'll need to work with the retailer to obtain a code as we don't have the ability to replace beta codes.

Like Smwutches said if you purchased a physical copy you would receive a code from the retailer if you purchased it digitally you can already pre install the beta just search for it in the xbox store.
