Destiny 2 servers

So I spent a while doing the Calus part of the Leviathan raid and I get error coded just as the team kills him; it kicks me from the game and doesn't let me join back in. This meant that I lost out on the powerful gear and loot chest for beating him. It's
unacceptable that Bungie has no dedicated support team to deal with the amount of bugs their game has. I know Bungie would love to pin the blame on my wireless connection, but I don't disconnect from other games and I was still on xbox live when Bungies poor
servers kicked me. I want some help from Xbox and Bungie to sort this issue because I wasted time out of my day because their servers can't keep me in their game; I have put a lot of money, time and effort into Destiny and Bungie just repeatedly screws over
their fanbase and xbox is at fault for letting the company get away with it. I doubt xbox can help so I want to file a complaint against xbox and Bungie for being incompetent at helping their users.

just paid for Destiny 2 xpansion pass and this started . Said Destiny 2 servers not available. Did reset and now cant even log in to home screen

My friends seem to be able to play destiny 2 already while I keep getting error message failed to download config from destiny 2 servers...

any way to fix?

 

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, as the game is run solely by Bungie/Activision you'll need to contact them for more assistance with this issue.
