    Destiny 2 pre-order fail


    So I pre-ordered Destiny 2, and everything looked as it should normally. But a couple of days ago i got a message from Xbox saying my purchase didnt go through. so i tried a lot of things, deleting the pre-download, re-installing, changing my credit card
    methods, buying from the online store instead of the store on the Xbox. i would really appreciate some feedback on why this didnt work so i can still get the pre order bonuses i wanted. Thanks.

    I have pre-ordered the game days before Destiny 2 release date which falls into the necessary conditions. I never received my necessary pre-order credits for the digital pre-order.

    You can pre install the beta before July 19 if you pre ordered destiny 2 digitally, you just have to search the xbox store for destiny 2 beta and you can pre install it it's 12.38 GB
