Destiny 2 pre-order bonus content: Disappointment

I'd like to suggest that if Bungie have made the corporate policy decision that only the primary account holder is getting pre-order bonus material,
this should be stated clearly on the preorder product page on the Xbox Store Site. I know you can't control what Bungie does but you can protect your customers better than this. Right now I'm feeling like my local bricks & mortar game store would have
treated with a little more respect.

Pre Order Error/Question

I pre ordered Destiny 2, but the credit card was declined. So I was wondering if I could still get the pre order bonuses. I also bought the digital deluxe version launch day, so yeah I just really want those pre order bonuses.

Sorry you're upset but the sharing of pre order bonuses have always been the domain of the developer of the game. In this particular case the option to share the bonuses was made only to the purchaser of the game. However, the Tracer Rifle and Tracker
Ghost will be available to all players when the new DLC drops in December.

The fact that they were doing something different this time from what they did with, say, Rise of Iron (where all 3 of my kids got the bonus content) -- I think this could have been better communicated. It is *absolutely* Bungie's
prerogative to distribute bonus content however they'd like. All it would have required to satisfy me was one sentence of explanatory text on the product page: "Only the primary account holder on the console will receive X, Y, and Z."

1. When it seems like actual useful content, a little bit. When it's sometihng pointless like a costume or something it doesn't matter.

2. No. Not every pre-order bonus is available worldwide (like Gamestop) so it gives people that couldn't possibly get the pre-order bonus a chance.

The pre-order bonus seems a little disappointing to me. A few weapons and an armor set does not seem appealing to me :/
