Destiny 2 no connection to Xbox live store.

On the Xbox 1 on Destiny 2 I will try to buy the new Forsaken DLC ingame but when I try it says Query failed and that im not connected to the Xbox live store. The DLC by itself is not available on the store and must be bought in game. How do I fix this?

Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

This may qualify as necroposting, but I'm having identical issues. Couldn't connect to Xbox Live, but had good wireless internet connection & Xbone's own utility said I was connected for multiplayer; in addition, checking the official site confirmed that
basic functionality was up. So I rebooted the console, and hey, there's Xbox Live! Sort of. Somehow, despite being able to navigate the store and every other *** aspect of Live, I wasn't sufficiently connected to it for Destiny. Power cycle the modem & router,
reboot the console again, and voila--connected. At least, for awhile; after about 45 minutes, I lost connection to Destiny. Shortly after that, no Xbox Live--again. What the actual hell is going on here? What is this, PSN?

It's been 3 months since I haven't play on my Xbox One but with Destiny 2 coming I decided to turn it ON again and purchased Destiny 2 on the store with no problem.

Then I decided to purchase a 12months xbox live at a game store (Micromania in France) and then when I use the code either my xbox or website I got several error...

It did recognize that I use a code for a 12months live but then when I confirm it always shows this message:

Try that again
Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

Xbox Live is currently experiencing issues with Purchase and Content usage. Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

 

How long has it been like this? Its been like this for over a week or more.

 

Hey Austin,

Do you have both of the previous expansions for Destiny 2?

That is a requirement to have Forsaken. If you have both expansions and the only way to buy the DLC individually is in game, then as our Ambassador mentioned it may be affected by the current service issue affecting some users from making purchase.

If you follow the link that was provided you can be notified once this error had been corrected.

 

Ok, I do currently have both previous expansion packs for Destiny 2. I will check to see when it is fixed.

I also found this
link on Destiny's website that will redirect on where to buy the game based on your region as some local game stores may be able to sell you a redeemable code for the DLC to then input on your device.

Just wanted to throw that in, just in case that helps at all.
