Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Another thing that should help is opening ports! Ever since I opened them my games download and run faster! Give it a try!

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Is this game owned digitally or disc version of the game? Have you tried to update/install anything else to see if the issue persists with other installations?

In this case I would recommend to try the
Soft Factory Reset (reset console keeping games and apps). Now before doing the soft reset, make sure 2 things.

1. Make sure to have account information (email & password) to sign back in as this step does signs out all the accounts on the Xbox.
2. Have secure internet connection; this will require to sign back in to the Wi-Fi connection to finish the set up.

I am having this issue too. Third time today with the Beagle error. So instead of playing and enjoying Destiny on my day off, I have downloaded and installed Destiny 3x. At this point, I would just like to get a refund. I won't buy digital anymore either.

I have the digital download as well. I've been having the same problem as everyone else too. First off bungie doesn't seem to help, don't bother wasting your time trying to contact anyone there. IMO they knew their digital downloads were messed up and just
didn't bother to fix it assuming people would waste the money on the download, and then just go buy the disc after trying everything they could in their power to fix it. I've cleared my cache over and over, deleted my profile, downloaded the game over and
over and over these pass two weeks, reformatted my hard drive 4 times... called xbox live, and they couldn't do anything. ive also opened the ports in my router... I'm still unable to play this game.... we're all just screw... I hope bungie does do something,
or they'll lose a lot of people to this.

Go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. Please do this step for 3 times. Go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart the console.

1.While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.

2.The console will power down. Unplug the power cable\power supply.
