destiny 2 keeps crashing on xbox one x

Hi again a found this answer on another post it seemed to help a lot of people try it and let us know hope it helps

I found a fix, you disconnect the ethernet or wifi in your xbox,( i have a xbox wifi dongle) and once you are disconected off xbox live you press play game. Once the game loads, where there will be an error message,
connect your ethernet or wifi dongle again and press conncet to xbox live.

I did both factory resets and it still didn't fix anything

It's a common problem, sometimes resolved by uninstalling Destiny 2 and related files, then deleting any Destiny 2 related 'save game (preferences)

When you reset your console, did you go with the option to delete everything?

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [DELETE EVERYTHING] '

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, Go with that option.
This will reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.

I also experience frequent crashes in destiny 2 since light falls release on my Xbox series x. The only other game that constantly crashes is starfield. No other game crashes, example: dead by daylight, Diablo 4 or cyberpunk. Seems to be a hardware issue that Microsoft refuses to officially acknowledge.
