Destiny 2 infusion issue..

After downloading the latest update/dlc (Forsaken) I haven't been able to infuse anything like before, doesn't even give me the option to infuse anything I have picked up.. Not sure if I am missing something or what...

Hi ,

When an Exotic Weapon or Armor piece is equipped, eligible exotic items under the Infusion tab will be grayed out due to Exotic equipment limits. The item may still be infused as desired.

Ok, I am not always trying to infuse Exotic, I have not been able to infuse ANYTHING that had the ability to infuse before, the weapons I pick up that are higher power aren't grayed out, they are lit as if I had the ability to infuse, yet the button option
(X) is not available... AM at this point I have gotten zero responses from Bungie or the Destiny forums....

Try checking out the forums with bungie Their a great a help. You need different planet resources to infusion amour and weapons too.

That's weird. I am able to infusion my gear. I don't know what it could be a glitch or something.

 

Be aware that since Forsaken, you can't simply infuse weapons with Glimmer and legendary shards only anymore.

You should see, that you will now also need resources from the different planets like Alcane Dust, Phase Glass Needles, Microphasic Data Latticess and the likes to infuse a weapon or armor.

If you hover over a weapon or armor you'd like to infuse, you should see a flyout window that displays the requirements to infuse that item at the bottom.

It should show in red what you are missing to infuse that weapon or Armor.

 

Yeah, I don't get a flyout window when I hover over any of my gear... Odd.....
