Destiny 2 forsaken is there a basic pre-order?

I own both of destiny 2s dlcs and I can't buy a basic forsaken for 40 dollars and I don't want to spend 60 for 2 dlc I already own HELP

Destiny 2 Forsaken pre-order

When I go to pre-order Destiny 2 Forsaken + Annual Pass it does not allow me to pre-order it there is no button or anything, why is this?

hi and thanks for the reply;

then I own destiny 2 basic version in digital and in addition the two expansions, the 1 and the 2, but forsaken from 40 € on the microsoft store is no longer present and therefore I wanted to buy it from an exetrno seller at the same price but in disk format

my question was what happens if I own destiny 2 in digital format and insert the 70 € collection disk, that is the one with destiny 2 and the 2 expansions plus forsaken,?

The Digital Deluxe version seems to only come with Forsaken content and not previously owned content.
