Destiny 2 DLC Installation Problem

When I select manage game for my copy of the Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe Edition it says I have the Base Game and all included DLC installed but when I check manage game from the games and apps tab, only the Destiny Base Game appears.
I know the DLC is installed because in the settings when I check on leftover add-ons it shows all 4 current DLC included in the Deluxe Edition. My concern is that when the game is finally playable none of the DLC, including the DLC that cost me a total of
100$ to get won't actually work. Is there a way to get the DLC to appear in the games manage section or do I just have to wait and see and possibly be screwed out of my money?

Destiny 2 dlc problem

after the bungie patch went live it suddenly told me that the curse of osiris dlc that I own and have installed on my console no longer works. It says that I need to purchase the content when I already bought it months ago. I have no idea why this is happening,
but several other people I know are having the same issue

 

If you haven't already head to the store and search for the version of the game you purchased. From there select Manage Game and install the content from there.

After that you'll be set to go for the game.

 

The left over are probably transfered to the game folder after release.

none of this worked for me, I am still waiting to play the expansion after paying all that money. Xbox sends you to bungee then bungie sends you back to Xbox then Xbox sends you here and then you don’t get the right answer so I’m screwed basically! It is
so ethically wrong because they take your money notice it’s a problem but instead of helping they send you to a forum? I’m not downplaying or belittling the help on the forums because it is very nice of people to help but when no suggestions work Xbox just
