Destiny 2 cross save

Yesterday I did cross save and I can't choose my characters from my xboxsx I can only choose from my PS it doesn't let me choose the characters from xboxsx why?, I tried to disconnect it from cross save but it tells me in 77 days but also in my app I can't
accessing my xbox account in the app only shows me the PS account but the xbox account tells me that there are no characters please help
