    Destiny 2 cross save


    i tried doing the cross save on the bungie app to connect xbox account to ps4 , although it registered a seperate account thats on my ps4 that isnt connected to my email. It atomatically set it and i cant change or remove it, all its says this account
    has no characters and the buttom AUTHENTICATE. How do i change it to my account

    If you disable cross save then it'll not save for other platforms though you can play it.

    Yes but Bungie can't/won't remove to account without someone authenticating it and I can't do that without access to the account is there any way I can gain access to the account to unlink it I don't know whose account it is or anything like that at least on bungies side of things no one has even created a character on destiny

    This is on Bungie and they are already aware of the issue, will be patched in soon according to the forums.

    unfortunately no, if you cannot prove you own the account then microsoft will not help due to security, it is a nightmare issue to gain access to unknown accounts.
