Destiny 2 Beyond Light access

I purchased the deluxe edition of Destiny 2: beyond light and have in game proof, with access to deluxe edition items. I also have proof of the purchase on my Xbox, however I do not have access to any of the game content on any account on my Xbox. I lost access when the DLC was taken off of the game pass despite having paid for it separately. I have a friend who was having the same issue but it has been resolved for them without them seeking help but it has not been resolved for me.

It does not show as redeemed on the account it was sent to, and it only says gift sent on the account I purchased it with. It also is no longer showing the message from Xbox live saying that I had received a gift

It shows the purchase and says gift sent when I look at purchase history. I also believe content should be shared as I had small in game extra items (exotic ornament exclusive to the deluxe edition that I purchased) on the account that did not receive the gift.

Since this is an item that you have gifted, we need to locate the account where you were able to redeem the gifted item.

Please check all Microsoft account that you have to locate the redemption transaction.

I believe what could be the issue is that I bought the dlc as a gift for an account that I own and use on my Xbox. As far as I was aware this would give me access to it on all Xbox accounts but that could be wrong. Regardless of this, even on the account that received the gift I cannot access the content and I have power cycled my Xbox

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

What we need to do is to check your entitlement first by making sure that the order history for the game is visible on your order history.

To do so, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know if you can see the order from there stated as "completed".

If it's not showing from there, kindly check other Microsoft accounts where you may have purchased the DLC.

If it's showing on your order history, simply perform a powercycle then make sure that the DLC is installed on your games and add-ons.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
