    Destiny 2 Beta Won't Start


    I pre-ordered Destiny 2 to get the early access to the beta which launched today at 12:00. But every time I try to open it I get an alert saying I'm too early but when I look at the beta in the Xbox store it says I installed it. I have also tried restarting
    my Xbox multiple times with the same result. If anyone has any way to help me I would appreciate it.

    Aside from onyx's recommendations, is your game not launching/black screen then dash, or are you not getting past the main menu (i.e. "Cannot connect to servers" pops-up on a splash screen)?

    The Destiny 2 Beta was slated to start at 10 am PST (1 pm EST). If you tried before that then it would not be available. However, the beta should be available now for play.

    It's 7:30 pm EST and I still get the message 'It's too Early" is this a license problem? or is Bungie not connecting? Any Advice?

    You may need to go directly onto Bungie's website and find their support in order to fix this.

    The Destiny 2 Beta was slated to start at 10 am PST (1 pm EST). If you tried before that then it would not be available. However, the beta should be available now for play.
    It's 7:30 pm EST and I still get the message 'It's too Early" is this a license problem? or is Bungie not connecting? Any Advice?

    If doing a power cycle doesn't work you might also try uninstalling the game and re installing it as well.

    If you haven't already try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then try a factory reset. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload
    them.
