Destiny 2: Annual Pass without DLC?

So i bought Destiny 2: Annual Pass fully expecting the DLC to be included (Forsaken) but it isn't, and i cannot install it or buy it. And i do not want to buy it in pound or NOK (whatever that is) but just Euros. I feel like i got scammed since i still cannot
play. It wasn't stated anywhere that it didn't come with the DLC. So i feel like if they're offering this you should atleast be able to buy the content. (yes i checked the xbox multiple times and the site aswell)

The Annual pass is an addition of three content packages that requires the Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion.

Destiny 2 Forsaken is a combo that includes Expansion I and Expansion II, It also includes an instant Character Level jump to 30.

Unfortunately as you have noted, you cannot play the DLC without owning the Forsaken package

Again, that isn't available in my country. The only purchasble options were Annual pass and Silver Coins. Nothing, it didn't even state: "Needs Forsaken Dlc)" and now my game constantly tells me to download Forsaken wich isn't avalaible.

If i have to purchase the thing that was advertised seperatly on a 3th pary site i feel like i got scammed. I can't even play because the error message keeps popping up. AND REMEMBER THIS WAS THE ONLY THING FOR SALE AND IT WAS ADVERTISED AS THE DLC IT
SELF. SO I COULDN'T EVEN BUY THE FORSAKEN DELUXE EDITION. I feel like i should gwt my money back or the DLC to be honest.
