Destiny 2 and YouTube/Amazon App

Hello,

I had a bug to report and was directed here, but if this isn't the correct place, could someone direct me?

I've noticed two issues related to Destiny 2.

In one, if I'm playing Destiny 2, but then switch to the YouTube app, what happens FREQUENTLY is that whatever video I might be watching on YouTube locks up when I switch to Destiny 2 and then back to Youtube.

Another issue is related to Destiny 2 and the Amazon app. I was trying to play Destiny 2 while switching to the Amazon app to watch a movie. What happened every time I switched to the Amazon app is that Destiny 2 was returned to the title screen. Every time.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Amazon Instant Video sound problem

During playback of Amazon videos, the background music plays normally, but there is no voice soundtrack. Lips move, background music plays, but no voices. I tried playing several different videos, Justified, Fringe, but it's the same for everything from
Amazon. The sound is fine on TV pass through, in the YouTube app, playing DVDs, but not through the Amazon app. I can play Amazon videos like normal using Roku. My setup FYI:

1. DVR -> hdmi -> X1 -> hdmi -> TV

2. DVR= MotorolaDCT-6416

Did a power cycle today to fix the 0x8027025a error code issue, but that didn't fix the Amazon app sound issue.

 

What Apps currently have 4k content

During the launch announcement and even on the Xbox One S page here at Xbox.com it lists Amazon and Neflix but I am not getting 4k content to show up in the Amazon App, only Netflix. Also while chatting with Xbox on another issue they stated that Youtube
should be streaming 4k but I can say for sure it is not. Anyone else getting Amazon or Youtube to stream 4k?

 

I don't think that's so much a bug as a system issue. Destiny 2 does use a fair amount of system resources and it's not recommended to to watch movies/videos from other apps while playing it. My suggestion would be to watch your videos on another device
while you're playing the game.
