Destiny 2 add-ons are inaccessible even though they are purchased and installed

I am unable to access certain content packs for Destiny 2. The add-ons I cannot access are Forsaken, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and the 30th Anniversary edition. Last time I had this issue I had to install them onto my internal hard drive. However this time the add-ons show that they are already installed. I have bought all of them and this issue appeared just recently. I wanted to test uninstalling and reinstalling an add-on to see if that would work. I tested it on Beyond Light first. It was inmediatley removed and is now no longer in my list of game add-ons that appears when you select ‘Manage game and add-ons.” What do I do, because I really cannot afford to buy them again?

Xbox or Console?

And, if you go to your account order history, are you able to see those transactions on it?

Go to Xbox.com , sign in with your account , search destiny 2 forsaken add on ( you need at least destiny 2 base game with the 2 first add-ons already installed on your Xbox and purchased
with your account ) , then click on purchase, if there is some money on your Windows account, it will be automaticaly used.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ ( display all dates and contents )

If you see any past due / over due, please pay your bill.

If you see Destiny 2 Shadow Keep without remarks , all is fine. Now to get the content on your Xbox , please uninstall all add-ons from destiny 2, then re-install all add-ons ( select destiny 2 tile , click menu button then manage and finally re-install
all add-ons ). Wait 100% before trying to play.

If you dont see destiny 2 listed , and no charge on your credit card, make the purchase again once.

I've been through the xbox store and it showed that they weren't installed on my console even though on mangage game and add-ons they showed as installed. Problem is though all the dlcs work expect for weapons pack 2, which was the original problem.

No nothing like that, just at the home screen it says I've to purchase Modern Warfare even though the disc is in the Xbox and is installed and all the game add on are installed too
