Destiny 1 licensing issues

When did you buy the digital version? If it was a recent purchase it may take some time to activate.

Try a power cycle to clear the cache: You have to turn on your console and press the power button for 10 seconds, after that just turn it on.

You can also try clearing data for the game as Destiny is saved online:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
3. In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller. Choose "Delete from console".

No you can gameshare Destiny 1 and 2 expansions including Taken King now. I have Destiny 1 and 2 with all available DLc for both games and gameshare it with my brother. He has no issues playing the expansions for both games.

Now what you cant do is the referred a friend quest on both games if you gameshare. In order to do this quest both parties have to own a license to the game.

So, I currently have Destiny 1 & 2, and all expansions including Destiny 2: Forsaken - Digital Deluxe Edition.

What should I buy next???

Same problem. All billing information correct. Even deleted all of destiny and reinstalled. No luck. Can it be a licensing issue?

When doing a license transfer to another console you have no choice as to what is or is not moved.

With that being said (and I can't guarantee this has not been changed) when I had a second console in my house I did a license transfer to the family console. Only licenses for content that I redownloaded after the transfer were transferred.

Say for instance you have CoD: AW and Destiny but only want to move the license for Destiny. Do the license transfer and then download Destiny.

If nothing has been changed anyone will be able to play CoD on the first console and anyone can play Destiny on the second console. But, as I said, I can't guarantee that will work anymore as it's been quite a few years since I needed to do a license transfer
to a separate console.
