Destiny 1 DLC

Hello everyone

Since I already have season pass, I will be getting the House Of Wolves DLC and hopefully Bungie / Activision will be releasing " free " DLC as an apology for the lack of content in the core Destiny 1 game.

The only way that I will be going anywhere near Destiny 2 is if the core content of Destiny 2 is as big as...

" Destiny 1 core content + The Dark Below DLC content + House Of Wolves DLC content "

combined on the initial $60.00 of Destiny 2.

I have noticed an “upgrade” to the original content/DLC. How is the content “upgraded”? Is there any thing new?

If this is the same content as before, why was it “upgraded” and why should we have to pay for the same items that we have already had?

Unfortunately we won't be able to help you with that on the forums since we don't have the ability to go into account issues in regards to DLC ownership. There must be a reason why it was delisted from the Store, maybe a possible license issue, but I'd also
recommend contacting
Bungie to see why this edition is no longer available to purchase on the Microsoft Store.

Thank you for reaching out. I see Destiny is not recognizing ownership of the Taken King DLC and due to the bundle changes in the store, the one you originally purchased is no longer being sold. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try uninstalling
and reinstalling the anything Taken King related. Test it out by going in game. Regardless of how it goes down, we strongly recommend you reach out to one of our account specialists at
Xbox Support. If by any chance there is a problem with the license to the title, they will have the tools to further investigate what is going on and hopefully get you back to

I don’t recall if this dlc was designed for the 360 and ported to the Xbox 1 when the 360 became a legacy console. What’s more confusing, is that there is an “upgrade”, but the upgrade doesn’t explain what’s different from the original dlc or why the original
was de-activated.
