Despite having Game pass unable to start new games

I have purchased the xbox game pass and currently it is active. But since two days it is not allowing me to download games and saying to renew or buy the subscription. When navigated to subscription page, it says already having the game pass. This is very
frustrating that I'm unable play games despite having paid subscription. I have already lost 2 days to this issue. Don't want to waste more. Please guide me on fixing this issue.

Console :- xbox one s 1TB

OS version :- 10.0.18363.9135

Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

If you're unable to take advantage of the 1$ Game Pass promotion, that would indicate you have already used a Game Pass trial on your Xbox Live account. To qualify for this promotion, you must be a new Game Pass subscriber. Apologies for any frustration

Having the same issue. Attempting to install games with the new Xbox Game Pass for PC (notably Metro Exodus and Wolfenstein II) will result in an error (0x80070780). I have no idea what to do. It's very frustrating
as I only signed up for game pass to play Metro, and I am currently unable to do so.
