desperately out of 360 space...

the new sales have wiped me out...is 360 hardware development just dead at this point? will they raise the 2x32gb flash storage limit to 4x64gb or just remove it altogether and allow any USB external hard drive??? I don't like to delete games...

Which is why Microsoft desperately needs to go out and find a new disc format that holds much more space than we currently have.

 

why are download games the same price or more than disc.

I will admit that I didn't know about Visceral Games (Montreal) but I don't play Army of Two either so its still irrelevant to the point you desperately tried to make.

 

I'm not sure. I have the halo 4 320 gb console and im pretty low about 11 gbs. Two 32 go usbs should be enough.

 

I had 320 gb from when I got xbox (Limited edition r2-d2 slim) and now I am on 275 GB. Got it December 25 2013, am I doing good with my memory so far?

 

I have a lot of games on usb drives. I just install the game to that usb drive and when the selection comes up I select the usb drive instead of the hard drive. Basically I play the game off the usb drive instead of the hard drive of disc drive.

You just put in the selected drive when you want to play a certain game.

 

Releasing a larger capacity hard drive would be great but I don't see it happening. Really depends on what is profitable for Microsoft and releasing a larger hard drive would be costly possibly due to the current hard drive market. What would be cool is
if they allowed the consumer to install larger capacity drives themselves but we know that wont ever be a possibility due to there current warranty policies. Portable USB hard drives is another viable option but can be tricky depending on the USB data speeds
and how the Xbox 360 processes that data via USB. Flash memory drives are great but depending on how it is formatted the file system on it can degrade over time as well as drive quality and capacity come into question as well. The only viable option is keep
your current drive and remove the games you no longer play or pray that Microsoft releases a larger retail drive to slot into the hard drive bay. Being the Xbox One is out I don't see them releasing new retail hard drives.

 

I need to delete some today too. I downloaded some games I regret now....games that I thought would be fun but I got bored with in about 3 minutes time. I wish I wasn't so impulsive when sales come up.

 

i filled up my 250 im down to less than 1gb left, and thats with me deleting a bunch of purchased games i had beat or wasnt playing anymore. My main issue is i prefer buying digital and on my xbox one i only get 500gb which is already almost half full, the
games are now around 30 to 40gb and are required for install even if you have the disk.
