    Desperately: Game wont install - holds at 84% (digital Version)


    Hello Xbox Community,

    i tried serval times to install the digital Version of Assassins Creed Odyssey, but each time at 49.74 GB of 59.05 GB the installations stops and hold.

    I tried following things:

    - hard reset and unplugged the Powercable

    - Factory Reset and unlugged the SSD

    - Change to WLAN from Network Cable an back

    - Log on other Account an back

    - unplugged the Extrernal SSD and tried then to install

    - Delete local Data / Save Games

    - try to install on external SSD

    - try to install an other big Game 90GB what was working

    - Check Console Updates

    - Ceck Xbox Live Status (all green)

    - DNS Server from Google

    - Reset MAC Adress

    - Reset Rooter

    - go Offline

    - remove Account from Xbox

    Error Message:

    0x87e0000f - I Read all the Solutions on the Website here but nothing worked

    Anyone know an other Solution?

    Ubisoft tweeted a link to a thread for bugs and game glitches for AC Odyssey.

    They'll update this page when the digital download issue is resolved. It's still under investigation.

    If you want a faster solution, get a refund on the digital and go buy a hard copy. Download the disc offline and that is reported to work. You could also rent the game from redbox and that works as well. This issue has been ongoing for over a week and
    it probably won't be fixed soon. We've been given the same statement from both Microsoft and Ubisoft since the problem first started, but no answers. "The issue is under investigation" whatever that means.
