desperate for any help (game save related)

this is probaly futile but i thought i'd try. anyway...

a few nights ago i went to play wwe 2k16. a box popped up with a bunch of stuff. anyway, i can't remember if i chose yes or no. i think i chose no. a few things reset, like universe and 2k showcase. i lost my caws, alternate wrestler attires, etc. is there
anything i can do to get things back to how they were? what about this cloud thing? if not, i guess i'll have to uninstall wwe 2k16 and find another game to play. i appreciate any help you can give me.

i went to settings>system>storage and clicked on clear local saved games. at one point it said syncing data with wwe 2k16. i did this twice. didn't help. i sent messages to 2k support; no help there. sorry if i posted this in the wrong forum.

desperate call for help

Hi everyone! I have an unusual problem with my Live Gold account. If someone knows how I could fix it....it would be much appreciated. I have a Live Gold account and I've just downloaded the game of the month (so I know my subscription works) but every time
I want to play an online multiplayer game, I get the pop up screen that I need to buy an xbox live gold subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my account multiple times. It's so frustrating! I keep getting that annoying pop up screen while the store
confirms live gold is up and running till the end of april. I have tried resetting and hardresetting my xbox as well.I even have the same issue on the xbox of a friend. I don't know if someone knows the problem, I unfortunately don't

Sorry you're having issues with your game saves. Unfortunately, if you sync'd a bad save to the cloud, deleted the local save, and the bad save came back down, then there isn't much you can do.
