    I cant find my controller when searching for bluetooth devices on my desktop PC with Windows 11, I can connect it to my laptop, using Windows 11 too, so I assume OS is not the problem.

    It can also be connected to my Android smartphone. Havn't had any issues with any othe bluettoh device, and that makes me think my USB dongle is not the problem; or maybe the first uncompatible device is the series X/S controller.

    Desktop detected it well via USB cable, the controller firmware and SO were updated to latest ver and ran bluetoot troubleshoot on Windows. Any help?

    No encuentro mi control cuando busco dispositivos bluetooth en mi computadora de escritorio con Windows 11; puedo conectarlo a mi laptop, que utiliza Windows 11, asumo que el Sistema Operativo no es el problema.

    También puedo conectarlo a mi smartphone Android. Nunca tuve problemas con algún otro dispositivo bluetooth; lo que me hace pensar que mi dongle USB no es el problema, o tal vez el primer dispositivo incompatible es el control de series X/S.

    La computadora de escritorio lo detectó correctamente vía cable USB, se actualizo el firmware a la ultima versión y se ejecutó el solucionador de problemas de bluetooth en Windows. ¿Alguna idea?

    I appreciate the detailed information. As per the details seems like there is no issue with your controller since it's working just fine on different devices, it can be your Bluetooth dongle itself. If you can try and use a different one that would be great.

    Kindly check as well on the manufacturer of your dongle if it supports the all-new Xbox Series X|S controller.

    Hello,

    There isn't a specific adaptor for the Series X/S controllers for PC. The current adaptor works just fine with these newer controllers, however it is now in very short supply. There are third party ones available that do the same thing.

    The Xbox 360 wireless controllers use a different WIFI protocol, they need their own Xbox 360 wireless Gaming Receiver.

    Xbox One and Series X/S controllers can be connected to PC via Bluetooth, but headsets will only work with the Xbox One adaptor (or a third party version), they won't work when the controller is connected via BT

    The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

    Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

    Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

    Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.
