    Desinty 2 Season Pass for Season of Dawn


    I purchased the Destiny 2: Shadowkeep addon (since I've been playing Destiny since it's release) and read included items, the last item included with this purchase is "Season Pass for Season of Dawn." Below that it explains "Desinty 2: Shadowkeep includes
    a digital copy of the game and a single Season Pass, providing exclusive activities and rewards." When the new Season dropped on Tuesday I went into the game and checked to make sure I had Season of Dawn, checked as purchased (and it was) but ALL of the exclusive
    content included with that Season Pass in the game were locked and when I tried to select one of those items I was prompted with a "Season Pass Required." So I have the Season Pass but none of the content is unlocked. I have rebooted my XBOX several times
    (along with hard booting) and also went to the extent of uninstalling and reinstalling the entire Destiny game and all of it's DLC addons. I need to know why I'm being told I purchased the Season Pass but the exclusive activities and rewards in game are NOT
    unlocked???

    It is obvious that you must contact BUNGIE support as I must and lot's of others that still support their business model. On my side, not for long anymore.

    Yeah i purchased it before the new season drop. One week before, if i would have had more information about that i would have waited....oh well I’ve seen lots of other folks blogging with the same issue. It seems like the description of what was being
    purchased was vague and some what confusing, but where there is confusion there is profit, so that’s probably why it was worded and described the way it was....thanks for the information.

    Did you purchased the season pass before or after the new season release?, because if you bought it before, it gives you the old season pass.
