Hey guys im living in the UK and want to make a custom controller but will not let me ship to the UK. How to i get one?

Replace Rubberised Grips - DeisgnLabs

Hello,

I bought a DesignLab Controller back in July 2017, over the time I have been used this controller the rubberised grips have become stretch and deform.

Is there any way of replacing them? or reform in to the shape?

Reward points not credited for designlab purchase

Hey,

I made two purchases from Designlabs for custom controllers. I should have recieved 10,000 reward points but they are not accredited to my account.

Microsoft support directed me here. How do I get these points?

 

You'll have to wait until Design Lab is released in the UK.

 

Well thats annoying. As I want to make a controller.

 

It's supposed to be released at some point this year. With E3 next week, maybe they'll announce a release date.

 

I hope so cos i do streaming on mixer and would kind of like the colours on the controller to match up with the stream.
