Designed controller warranty? Or how to fix...

Since you bought a Design Lab controller, you have your receipt and warranty information in your account.

You can simply go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.comand if not already done so, register your Xbox One console.

Click on the console, and choose that you have trouble with an accessory.

Choose the design lab controller, and enter the serial number you find in the battery compartment.

Alright i will look more for the warranty.. Would the emailed receipt work?

Sorry to hear that your Design Lab controller is acting strange, but am glad that you're taking the great advice provided by our awesome Ambassadors to get it replaced.

Just a heads up, the Design Lab controllers do have a 120 day warranty that will cover it and you should be able to get it replaced. Bear in mind that since it is a custom design, the process for replacement of it will take a bit longer than a standard,
or even Elite, controller because they'll be remaking your specific design. Just know that your patience is greatly appreciated while we get everything back to your specs.

Hello and thank you for your question. Most items bought come with a warrenty and if you have the reciept you can see if covered with a warrenty. Though most items for xbox can be sent in for replacements if they where faulty from the start.
