Discus and support design labs charge station in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I bought the charge station and it was supposed to come with a battery cover for free.     I bought the charge station and it was supposed to come with a battery cover for free. I selected the color and saw that it was a part of my order.

    when my charge station arrived there was no back cover. Customer support wanted me to return the whole thing and reorder it. Can I just buy a back cover for my rechargeable battery and design labs charge station???

    Well, another alternative would be to look for something like that on ebay. Just type the item of that you are looking for via search bar to see the results.

    Also, if they were design lab controllers that would be standard as they typically charge for them immediately, but they take time to be created before being shipped.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

    No download option for a game.

    They are one in the same. It's an add-on for the Fun Labs game.

    There are a number of free downloads for Kinect Fun Labs - Battle Stuff, Mutation Station, Musical Feet, etc. All playable through Kinect Fun Labs.
