Design Lab Issue

Hey All,

I created a design lab controller and submitted it on December 26th and was charged on the 27th. However, the order still says pending today (January 3rd). I chatted with an agent Ryan, and he said at first that the order did not process and then to dispute
with charge with my bank (USAA). I told him, that wouldn't work seeing how I did get an confirmation email with an order number and a message that says " You'll be charged once your items ship". Then Ryan says "let me check again" and then goes to tell me
"oh yes, your item is confirmed sorry". So I am not sure whats going on, also I have not received any other email with tracking information, but was charged, and the order is still "pending".

Any help?
