Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. With accessory repairs, they do not send a shipping label. They are self shipping. Only controllers that do get a shipping label are elite controllers and design lab controllers. Hope this answers your

Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

• Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
• Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
• Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.

Yes, you can personalize an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller through the Xbox Design Lab website, and it also ships to Romania!

If it will be available in my region i might get it. As Design lab dont ship to my region and Elite is a bit out of my budget range.
