Design lab controller

I recently went ti use my custom controller from the design lab, when i found out that the d-pad was broken. the up button is stuck on up and the down doesn't want to work, the right and left work fine. Does this type of damage apply to the warranty?

I am having a similar problem, I go to the design lab and I can't design my controller.

That type of damage should be covered by warranty for repairs/replacement, provided that it's still under warranty.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.
