    hi I got a design lab controller my son had for Christmas and it came with out a working mic part and it was too much hassle I had to send it back to Germany they said so I left it now the back button has stopped working I’ve been on the phone for over 2
    hours to 5 people and no one knows anything to help all I want is a repair can anyone help with this

    I am having a similar problem, I go to the design lab and I can't design my controller.

    Now, in regards to the Design Lab Controller it would be best to contract Live Support within your region to see if they can provide you any viable options.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

    Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

    Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

    Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.
