    Is this design lab thing broken or what is going on…? You can’t call anyone as they just keep sending you somewhere else.. I bought through the Xbox store of course and it said 3 weeks for controller to be shipped so I’m wondering if anyone can help on here or are others dealing with this same issue? What is going on!!! I paid $230 some dollars for a custom controller and if I knew it would never arrive I wouldn’t have ordered.

    A Design Lab controller shipment can take a little longer than one of a conventional controller. This is because each controller is unique and constructed to the specifications specified by the person who requested it. You'll get an email with tracking details once the order is prepared and ready to ship. Here in the community, we do not have a tool to check order status.

    Based on the information I've gathered, a Design Lab controller shipment can take a little longer than one of a conventional controller. This is because each controller is unique and constructed to the specifications specified by the person who requested it.

    You'll get an email with tracking details once the order is prepared and ready to ship.

    Processing status means that they're still in the process of procuring your ordered controller.
