    I bought my design lab controller near the middle of last year and received it around October. Unfortunately for me, the left bumper has begun to malfunction and it is out of warranty. I have treated this controller it was as delicate as glass. I have
    never dropped it or anything of the sort. My question is, does Xbox provide out of warranty service for these controllers, or are my only options to either get another one or seek 3rd party help? I'm not expecting to get a free service order for an out of
    warranty device, but I literally could not find the answer to this anywhere. Any help would be great.

    Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that

    As you're having an issue with a design lab controller, you may wish to go ahead and
    request a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can get you sorted out in regards to a repair or replacement, or what they would recommend in this situation. Just be aware
    that it may take a bit more time for servicing as Design Lab controllers are custom fabricated for each individual.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
