Design lab controller lost in transit

Has anyone else had their design lab custom controller shipped to UK and it is lost on the way by the courier ?

How was this resolved?

How long did it take?

Which department deals with this?

Hours spent this week trying to sort it out and not heard anything reassuring yet.

How long does an escalation usually take, when the system is working normally?

I have confirmation that the parcel was lost but it does not seem to be acknowledged. When I get through the transfers the phone cuts out!
